This is the model that Clint Eastwood's iconic character used in the Dirty Harry films. Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 chambered in .44 Magnum. Double/Single-Action 6-shot revolver chambered for .44 Magnum cartridges. Manufactured 1968-69. Built on a N Target Frame with a Square Butt. It has a wide knurled hammer spur with a 4" ribbed, pinned barrel with ramped blade front sight with red insert and white outline micro click rear sights. Serrated backstrap. High polish blued finish. Checkered smooth wood grip panels with S&W medallions. Serrated wide trigger. Trigger and hammer are color case hardened. Retains approx. 98% finish with some small scuffs and drag line on the cylinder, wood grips are excellent. Bore is excellent/bright, action is smooth with tight lock-up.
