SN: 487 'Schuetzen' style single-shot Rolling Block target rifle chambered in .45-120 Sharps (or .45 3¼" straight) is a powerful, obsolete 19th-century buffalo hunting cartridge known for its massive 120-grain black powder capacity. Italian made reproduction of the Remington rolling Block, imported by Navy Arms. Features a blued 42" heavy octagon barrel, dovetailed blade front sight, Pedersoli Creedmoor vernier tang sight with 3" elevation adjustment, double set triggers, case hammer/block, serrated hammer spur, smooth walnut forend with brass schnabel tip and straight grip shoulder stock with large, high comb cheek piece on the left side and a brass Schuetzen style butt plate, brass triggerguard. nice wooden palm rest installed on forearm. Bore is very good/bright, strong rifling, finishes and wood are excellent, the brass fittings have a nice aged patina.
