Lot 114 Browning Citori 'Grade I' 12 Ga #06234PT1B3
Japanese made over and under box-lock shotgun chambered for 2 3/4" 12 Gauge shells, manufactured circa 1996. Grade 1 'Skeet' shotgun imported by Browning Arms Company out of Morgan, UT. Featuring a blued finish, 26" raised ventilated ribbed barrels, accepts Invector chokes with Skeet / Skeet tubes installed, Bradley front sight with white insert, white mid-bead, selective ejectors, single wide checkered gold-toned inertia trigger, and serrated sliding tang safety and barrel selector. The walnut furniture consists of a semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with checkering at the wrist, grooved and checkered forend with deeley latch release, long lower tang, 14 1/4" length-of-pull, 1-3/8" drop at comb, 1-7/8" drop at heel, and a brown rubber ventilated factory recoil pad. The receiver displays limited coverage of floral scrolls on the left and right sides, and the deeley release is also engraved. Receiver, forend, and barrels all have matching serial numbers, '06234.' The original blued finish remaining is approximately 94% with slight edge wear, contact wear, small scattered scratches, and carry wear. Bores are bright, but need a cleaning. The action is opens easily with tight lock-up & the top lever resting right of center. Furniture wood is Very Good with scattered scratches, and small dings. The metal shows a small patch of light surface rust on the left side of the vent rib about 3 3/4" from the muzzle. Shotgun includes luggage style brown faux leather factory hard case, manuals, and three Invector choke tubes. This shotgun would be Very Good without the observed rust.
