Used as trade stimulator and advertiser. Approximately 29" tall and base is marked "Cinco - World's Best". Circa turn of the century to about 1915. P. J. Brown Liquor Co. label on back. Painted composite and wood in figure of clerk with cigar that is amusing and attracts attention from movement. Winding clock type mechanism. Good condition with minor losses, aging, and imperfections. American advertising automatons for tobacco are rare.
