Single-Shot. Falling-Block Action. Manufactured 1894-1933. "Ideal" rifle. 26" round/Octagonal with front blade, sporting rear sights. External hammer and lever/triggerguard. Blued finish, case colored action, smooth walnut stock with crescent steel buttplate, schnabel tip forearm. Action is crisp/tight. Wood is very good with minor scratches/dings, bore is very good/bright, strong rifling. Blued finish is about 90% with some scratches/rubs on the barrel, vivid case colors. Stevens address/patent and the other markings are crisp/clear.
