^Lot 62 DWM 1920 Police 9mm Luger #9398b

German police issued semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, manufactured circa 1920-1921. It features all matching numbers, a blued finish, 4" barrel, inverted "V" front sight, notched rear sight, straw finished trigger (faded), shoulder stock cut on frame, lanyard loop, matching numbered magazine with aluminum base, manual safety, safety sear, and hand checkered walnut grips. The 'S. Hn,' and the '184.' refers to pistol #184 from the Schutzpolizei Hannover, or police of the Hannover district. There is no date on the receiver ring. Includes an extra magazine with matching numbers on aluminum base. Pistol exhibits approximately 85% of it's blued finish, showing muzzle wear, edge wear, and wear on the grip straps. Action is crisp, and the bore is excellent. The wood grips are good , but semi-worn with a small chip by the safety, probably from removal. There appears to be a small fracture in the forward toggle link, and this pistol looks to be arsenal refinished by DWM.
