^Lot 15 Colt King Cobra .357 Mag #VK5531

American made premium stainless steel double action revolver chambered for .357 Magnum, manufactured circa 1992 in Hartford, CT. Revolver features a satin stainless medium 'D' frame, flat top frame, 6" solid rib barrel, shrouded ejector rod, full length underlug, pinned serrated ramped front sight with orange insert, micrometer adjustable white outline notched rear sight, partially serrated wide curved trigger, fluted 6 shot cylinder, frame mounted firing pin, transfer bar safety, serrated wide hammer spur, and two-piece checkered black rubber finger grooved grip with gold-colored Colt medallions. Original satin finish retained is approximately 80% with a few small scratches, superficial blemishes and the cylinder polished with exception of the flutes. Metal displays no rust. There is are opposing screws, on the right and side of the frame, which shows deformed slots. Bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers are also excellent. Grips are excellent with a slight blemish on the left grip panel, it can be felt more than seen. The action is smooth and crisp with a tight lock-up.
