^Lot 3526 REAL ELEPHANT FOOT MADE INTO A FOOT STOOL OR

SITTING STOOL. This elephant foot has been made into a sitting stool or foot stool by local craftsmen in India. This example measures approximately 19" in height and approximately 14" in width at the seat. The seat measures approximately 4 1/2" in thickness and 46" in circumference, with the top covered in brown and white striped animal hide. The seat is edged in black leather and the foot itself is painted/dyed black. CONDITION: stool shows handling wear only, with very minor losses to the body of the foot.
