^Lot 3409 FRANZ HAAS STAGECOACH STYLE PERCUSSION SXS

SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 Ga. NSN. Bbls. 18" w/ flattened bead, hardwood ramrod, 2 pipes with 1 having swivel. Top of barrel has silver inlaid maker's mark partially discernable "Franz Haas". Hammers & locks have floral & dragon scale engraving. Walnut stock w/ spear tip finial finger curl triggerguard, fish scale checkering, raised cheekpiece with floral carving & bone plug for previous swivel. CONDITION: barrel has heavy pitting throughout. Other metal has gray patina appearance. Wood has worn appearance with numerous handling marks, sm. chips & cracks. Pitted bores. Right lock appears mechanically fine with chipped edges to cup of hammer. Left lock appears unable to go to full cock. PROVENANCE: From the PMRB Collection. (01-28448/MD). ANTIQUE. $200-300.
