^Lot 3385 MINIATURE SPANISH CANNON WITH CARRIAGE.

Cal. 45 Rifled. NSN. Miniature steel cannon mfg. in Spain. Top of the cannon tube is marked "Black Powder Only" between 2 bands, with "SPAIN" marked on the underside. Polished steel construction with 4 machined bands and flared muzzle. Cannon measures 7 7/16" from the muzzle to the end of the cascabell and 2 1/16" across the trunnions. Carriage is comprised of wood, featuring steel trunnion bands and fittings, with wooden wheels, and is accompanied by a wood elevation quoin. CONDITION: cannon and steel carriage fittings retain a mostly bright appearance, with scattered superficial handling marks and some spots of age related discoloration. Trunnion straps exhibit light surface oxidation. Wood carriage is very good overall. (01-28210/MLW). ANTIQUE. $50-100.
