Cal. 45 Rifled. S# 0013179. Bbl. 9". Percussion pistol mfg. in Spain by Jukar. Left side of the rnd. bbl. is marked "JUKAR", followed by the S# and "SPAIN". Lockplate is engraved with bordered scrollwork on a punch dot background. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. 1-piece plain wood stock features a brass trigger guard, pommel cap, sideplate, 2-screw nose cap, pipe, and thimble. Complete with steel ramrod. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, showing some areas of wear fading to a gray brown patina (predominately around muzzle area of bbl.). Bright bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Stock is very good overall, with brass fittings having acquired a mellow patina. (01-28212/MLW). ANTIQUE. $175-250.
