Cal. 303 Sav. S# 82.789 (Mfg. 1909). Bbl. 22". Replacement Lyman white bead front sight, folding leaf rear sight & modern Marble Arms tang folding peep sight. Rotary mag. action w/ sliding lever safety, cocking indicator & brass cartridge counter. Walnut stock set w/ Savage arms shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: metal has fair fading blue mixing with brown patina showing spots of oxidation, marks & deep cuts that appear to be from installing the barrel. Lightly sanded & refinished wood shows numerous light dings, spots of finish loss & scratches. Very good rifling with dark spots of lands.
