^Lot 2583 VINTAGE WINCHESTER REEL-TYPE LAWN MOWER.

Vintage reel-type lawn mower mfg. by Winchester. Cast iron construction with wood handle, shaft, and roller. Metal plate atop handle is marked "M/ 438". Front of shaft is faintly marked with what appears to read "COMANCHE/ BALL BEARING" within a box, followed by "SELF-ADJUSTING/ PREMANENTLY RETAINED/BALL BEARINGS". Outer side of the treaded wheels are marked with the Winchester trademark logo above "STORE/ BALL BEARINGS". CONDITION: Iron parts retain areas of apparent original paint, exhibiting scattered patches and areas of oxidation overall. Wood parts exhibit general overall wear, scattered marks from handling and storage, as well as some cracking on the handle and roller. Right wheel catches, with mower currently being inoperable.
