This lot consists of the following items: 1) 1892 Winchester butt stock. Nickel buttplate & screws present. CONDITION; stock has a sanded appearance with repaired crack behind upper tang channel, some staining & handling marks. 2) Straight Gripped stock. Appears to be for an 1885 Winchester or similar single shot rifle. Nickel finished Swiss style buttplate with "J.C.T." on tang. CONDITION: stock shows scattered finish loss, some flaking on buttplate small cracks, chips & handling wear. 3) Two copies of "The story of Pope's Barrels" by Ray Smith. One is missing its dust jacket & shows notable wear & crazing. 4) One copy of "Respectfully Yours H.M Pope" by Gerald Kelver. Dust jacket shows notable tears & wear. 5) One copy of the "The Winchester Single Shot a history & analysis" by John Campbell. 6) Three plastic containers of varied parts including several screws, hammers, triggers, trigger parts, one buttplate & sling swivels.
