Cal. 22 LR. S# K379497. Bbl. 6" pinned. Patridge front sight. Adjustable square notch rear sight. No-dash Model 17 made in 1959. 6-shot recessed cyl. Blued finish with case colored hammer & trigger. Checkered walnut diamond center grips with matching numbered right panel, silver S&W medallions. CONDITION: grips show scattered handling marks & wear. Hammer & trigger are mostly a dull gray with strong traces of case colors & some oxidation staining. Balance of metal retains 95% original blue with some edge wear, light oxidation & fading.
