Case colored boxlock action with double underlug and cross bolt locking. Double triggers and ejectors. Action has simple floral engraving around the screws with stippled top surfaces. Splinter forearm and pistol grip stock of nicely grained walnut with hand checkering. LOP: 14 1/8" over a horn buttplate. DAC: 1 1/2". DAH: 2 9/16". Stock has a slight cast-on. Bore diameter: R .727. L .727. Choke constriction: R .012. L .037. Minimum wall thickness: R .033. L .033. WEIGHT: 6 lbs, 7.4 oz. Von Lengerke & Detmold was absorbed by Abercrombie & Fitch during the early 1930s. CONDITION: barrels retain over 80% lightly faded blue. Action shows over 30% lightly visible case colors. Stocks have lightly worn finish and checkering showing scratches and marks.
