Top of the bbl. is marked with Remington's mfg. and patent information, with "FULL" marked on the left at the breech. Plain wood finger groove forearm and rnd. knob buttstock with Remington grooved brown synthetic buttplate. Sides of buttstock exhibit small hand carved diamonds on either side of the wrist. Aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components have faded to a mottled gray patina, exhibiting varying degrees of oxidation and pitting overall. Bright bore, exhibiting scattered spots of light to mild oxidation and pitting. Proper manual mechanics. Wood furniture shows scattered marks and impressions from handling and storage. Forearm exhibits chips and cracks along the rear stemming from the receiver. Buttstock exhibits scattered chips and a crack on the top of the wrist, with a large chip to the buttstock and buttplate present at the toe. (25-5307/MLW). CURIO. $200-300.
