Left side of the bbl. is marked with the cal. designation, followed by "MOD.", with Remington's mfg. information marked on the right. Sides of the receiver feature foliate engraving, with the left side also being marked "Remington Model 1100", followed by the S#. Receiver and bbl. exhibit a blue finish, with the bolt being polished in-the-white. Aluminum trigger housing exhibits a black anodized finish. Fleur-de-lis impress checkered wood forearm and pistol grip with Remington monogram logo checkered black synthetic buttplate. Grooved V/R with aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, with the receiver exhibiting a couple of scratches, and some scattered spots of light surface oxidation overall. Mirror bore. Proper manual mechanics. Wood furniture shows a few superficial handling marks, but otherwise remains very good overall. (25-4812/MLW). MODERN. $400-600.
