^Lot 1625 GROUPING OF WWII ERA U.S. SPRINGFIELD M1 GARAND

OPERATING RODS WITHOUT THE SAFETY NOTCH. 24 Springfield marked M1 Garand operating rods. These rods were produced w/ the original square notch & were not modified w/ the later safety notch. These rods are desirable for their originality when restoring collectible rifles. The rods are marked w/ drawing number markings w/ "-3-6-9" revisions. Rods are all marked "SA". CONDITION: ranges from moderately worn w/ little finish to good condition retaining a large amount of original finish. A few rods have an arsenal rework black parkerization. (02-24590-16/RW).
