S# 1221129, indicating manufacture in late 1942. Receiver is marked on the right side w/ drawing number "D28291-2". Rear of receiver has standard Winchester markings. Receiver is also marked underneath rear of right rail "B", "P" & a punch mark. Parts included are the clip latch, rear sight base & spring cover. CONDITION: receiver has a cleaned appearance turning gray w/ numerous areas of fine pitting prominent mostly on the receiver legs. (25-2900/RW). MODERN. $300-500.
