This exciting 7-day elk hunt for one hunter (1x1) is an Open-Sight Muzzleloader hunt ONLY.
Your hunt includes:
• 7-day fully guided elk hunt for 1 hunter (1x1)
• Open-Sight Muzzleloader hunt

• Accommodations in either a comfortable wall-tent camp or lodge-style house
• Chef-prepared meals and hot showers during your stay
Muzzleloader hunts occur during mid-to-late October in primitive weapons units. These traditional hunts utilize open-sight muzzleloaders only and provide exciting rut activity with bulls typically averaging 300–340 inches.
Valid for: Dates to be coordinated with the outfitter during applicable hunting seasons 2026-2030.
Not Included: New Mexico hunting license ($90), elk tag fees ($998), gratuities, airfare, and personal expenses.
Additional hunters may be added for $8,750 per hunter plus license and tag fees. Non-hunters may accompany the hunt for $1,000 per person. If a tag is not drawn, a landowner voucher may be purchased for approximately $14,000–$16,000.
