Lot 9B $1500 Credit with Syber Concrete
This credit is based on the minimum charge for a 40m pump and 30m of concrete pumped.
The following conditions apply:
If pumping exceeds the 4-hour minimum, standard mobilization fees apply.
a site visit from concrete pump manager, Morrie Clarot, is required before the pour.
If no designated washout area is available on site, a $250 Environmental Fee (equal to one hour pump rate) will be applied.
If a larger pump is required, the $1500 credit will be taken off the bill, and the remaining balance will be paid to Syber Concrete Forming Ltd. at the standard pump rate for the pump size used, plus a 10% fuel surcharge.
This credit is valid within the Lower Mainland in 2026, unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
