Lot of Two (2): Haenel Air Pistol & Unknow Percussion Belt Pistol: 1.) Haenel Model 28 Pneumatic Single Shot Air Pistol, #6198, .177 cal., 4'' barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut two-piece grips, factory dovetailed blade front and adjustable V notch rear sights. In good overall condition, retaining approx. 50%-60% thinning factory finish with some areas of light surface erosion and staining. Action is not working. Bore is very good. 2.) Mid-19th Century Single Shot Percussion Belt Pistol, #NVSN, approx. .74 cal., 7'' octagon barrel, dark patina, smooth hardwood stock with bag grip, iron straps and lanyard ring, no sights, and no visible markings. Appears to be from circa mid-19th century. Pistol is in fair condition with the metal surfaces gone to patinated finish with surface rust and erosion. Hammer is carved into an animal figure with nice detail. Screw heads are marred. Stock is in very good condition with indentations, other marks from age and use, particularly around the screw heads. Front barrel band is missing and has been replaced with rusty bailing wire. Action does not function. Bore is dark. Est.: $150-$300/lot.
