Lot of Two (2) Miniature Cannons: 1.) Unmarked Napoleon III Civil War style cannon, made in Spain, #H5379, barrel marked “MENDI” 14" barrel, wood carriage and 11.5" wood spooked wheels. Barrel weighs approx. 8lbs with a bore of .70''. Includes two swabbing rods and functioning storage boxes on either side. Overall condition is very good; barrel is in the white and has scattered areas of minor surface rust. Carriage, wheels, and accessories have scattered nicks and scratches but no visible cracks. Swabbing rods have noticeable bends. Both trunnions are missing 2.) Brass-plated desktop miniature naval cannon, 7" barrel, wood carriage, and brass wheels. Plaque on side reads ''U.S.S. CONNSTITUTION''. Overall condition is very good, displaying light handling marks. Est.: $300-$500/lot.
