Lot of Two (2) Revolvers by J.C. Higgins & Arms Co.: 1.) J.C. Higgins Ranger Double Action 9-Shot Revolver, #874051, .22 LR cal., 5.5'' barrel, blued with nickel straps and trigger guard, smooth hard rubber two-piece grips, blade front and drift adjustable square-notch rear sight. Mfg'd by High Standard in the late 1950's for Sears, Roebuck &Co.. Revolver is in near fine overall condition, retaining approx. 90% thinning finish, showing general handling marks and wear. There is some areas of light oxidation on the nickeled surfaces. Grips are good. Action functions well. Bore is very good with defined rifling. 2.) Arms Co. Model 059 Double Action 7-Shot Revolver, #055718, .22 LR cal., 2'' barrel, black finish, smooth faux ivory plastic two-piece grips, blade front, and fixed square-notch rear sight. Revolver in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 98% factory finish, with light handling marks. Frame shows tooling marks and some minor indentations. Action functions well. Bore is bright.
