Winchester Model 12 Slide Action Shotgun, #1022277, 12 ga., 30'' plain barrel with 2-3/4'' chamber, Full choke and bead front sight; blue finish. Walnut smooth pistol grip stock with added 1'' vented recoil pad, forend with 18-groove; LOP 13.75'' Top of barrel and receiver are both Winchester proofed. Mfg'd 1943. Condition is very good. Approx. 90% factory blued finish remains, with areas of thinning, few small handling marks and light scratches. Left side of receiver has an approx. 2.25'' x .75'' area where cold blue or other type of finish has been applied. Both stock and forend have been painted black and show wear and smoothing from use.
