Belgian Browning ''Light Twelve'' Auto-5 Semi-Automatic Shotgun, #5G2627, 12 ga., 27.6'' vent rib barrel with 2-3/4'' chamber, Modified choke, silver bead front sight. Blued finish with standard engraving to the receiver. Checkered pistol grip walnut stock with gloss finish and red Pachmayr ventilated recoil pad; LOP is 15.25''. Mfg'd 1965. Shotgun is in fine overall condition retaining approx. 85%-88% factory blue, with scattered scratches and handling marks; receiver with thinning to the finish, mainly around the loading port. Gold plated trigger has been polished to silver. Stock and forend with handling marks and light dents. An additional coat of varnish has been added. The area of the stock touching the receiver has had an approx. 1/16'' shim of wood and bedding compound added. It appears the upper and lower tang have been bedded. Checkering is clean and unmarred. Action functions smoothly and locks up tight; bore is bright. Est.: $500-$700. (C&R/PPT)
