Case has an upper and lower compartment and black velour/felt interior. The interior shows evidence of degrading foam and several pieces of felt have detached from the wood frame. Exterior has marks consistent with use and storage. Briley gray tubes are in 20 ga., 28 ga., and .410. They are marked for top and bottom barrels and have ''342'' electro penciled on each tube.
