Winchester Model 72 Target Bolt Action Rifle, NVSN, .22 S-L-LR cal., 25'' round barrel, blue finish, smooth pistol-grip walnut stock, factory Winchester buttplate, hooded front sight on ramped base, and rear target peep sight. Top of barrel and receiver are Winchester proofed. Includes a 1'' brown leather sling. Condition is very good. Factory finish has turned to a dark gray patina. Barrel and receiver with thinning. Stock shows scattered scratches and dents. There are several cracks at the top rear of the buttstock radiating towards the front and a .1'' x .5'' piece of the buttplate is missing in that area. Wood with an additional coat of varnish. Action is smooth and bore is bright with well-defined rifling. Sling has verdigris on the metal parts. Est.: $200-$300. (C&R/PPT)
