Winchester Model 63 Semi-Automatic Rifle, #170790, .22 LR cal., 23'' barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut pistol grip stock and forend with tubular magazine through the buttstock and ending with a blue steel checkered buttplate, providing a 13.25'' LOP. Sights include a dovetailed silver beaded blade front, standard elevator ''U''-notch rear sight, with a factory grooved receiver. Mfg'd 1958. Rifle is topped with a one-piece mount and ring combo and Bushnell Banner JR fixed 4x power scope, with black finish and fine cross hair reticle. There are a few minor marks on outside of the scope, optics are clear. Metal rates near excellent overall, retaining approx. 97%-98% factory finish with crisp factory lettering, scattered specks of fine surface erosion on sides of the receiver. Wood is in very good condition, with light scratches and a small area of finish loss on right side of the forend. Forend with added finish, some which has gotten on the adjacent metal surfaces. Action is crisp. Bright bore rates near excellent, with well-defined rifling. Est.: $600-$800. (C&R)
