Scarce Seneca Green Remington Nylon 66 Semi-Automatic Rifle, #NVSN, .22 LR cal., 19.5'' barrel, blue finish, checkered Zytel plastic two-piece pistol grip stock in Seneca Green with faux ivory diamonds and Remington Nylon 66 grip cap, ending with a ribbed plastic buttplate, providing a 13.75'' LOP. Rifle also features a ramped blade front and adjustable ''U''-notched rear sight, factory grooved receiver, and tubular magazine that loads through the buttstock. Mfg'd 1961. Rifle is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 96%-97% factory finish with light wear at the muzzle and around the front sight, scattered minor marks and freckling to the receiver cover. Stock with moderate scuffs and scratches scattered throughout. Action functions smoothly. Bore is bright with well-defined rifling. Approx. 45,000 were produced with the Seneca Green stock.
