Remington Model 760 Gamemaster Slide Action Rifle, #394937, .30-06 cal., 22'' barrel, with blue finish. Smooth walnut pistol grip stock and grooved forend with sling swivels, leather rifle sling, and checkered aluminum buttplate, providing a 13.25'' LOP. Rifle also features a brass tipped blade front sight, adjustable ''U''-notch rear sight, and detachable blue steel box magazine. Mfg'd 1971. Topped with a tip-off mount, rings, and a Bushnell Scope Chief 4x fixed power scope, with blue finish and duplex reticle. There are light marks to the outside of the scope, optics are clear. Rifle is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 95%-96% factory blue, with light wear at the muzzle and handling mark on the barrel; minor wear to edges of the trigger guard. Base of the magazine with a few spots of light surface rust. Wood is good with scattered moderate indentations and scratches. Wear is worse on right side of the buttstock, which also has an area of flaking finish at the wrist. Action functions smoothly and locks up securely. Bore rates near excellent overall and is bright, with well-defined rifling. Est.: $600-$800. (C&R/PPT)
