Navy Arms P58 2-Band Percussion Muzzle Loading Rifle, #4010, .58 cal., 24'' rifled barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock, blade front sight, and adjustable folding leaf rear sight with wide ''V''-notched groove, graduated to 600 yards. Includes a tan leather sling, bright steel rammer, attached nipple protector and tompion. Top of the barrel is marked ''MADE IN ITALY/NAVY ARMS CO. INC. RIDGEFIELD N.-J./CAL.58 - 3 1/8 DRAMS BLACK POWDER ONLY'', with proof and inspection stamps on the left side. Lock is marked ''(Crown)V-F'' and ''ENFIELD''. Condition is very good+ overall, with the barrel and bands retaining approx. 95% blue, showing darker toning and light rust to the rear band and to the joined area of the barrel. There is also a few spots of light rust on the rammer. Case hardened lock and hammer retain most of their color with spots of toning. Brass end cap, trigger guard, and buttplate all show a light red colored tarnish. Wood is very good with scattered light handling marks and impressions to the varnished finish. Action operates smoothly; hammer holds on half and full cock. Bore rates very good and is bright with defined rifling. Est.: $600-$800. (No FFL Required)
