Colt Peacemaker Buntline Scout Single Action Revolver, #G65600, .22 Mag. cal., 7.5'' barrel, blue and color case hardened finish, checkered composition two-piece Rampant Colt and eagle grips, blade front, and fixed square-notch rear sight, with an unfluted 6-round cylinder. Factory markings are clear, with a sharp Rampant Colt at the left rear of the frame. Mfg'd 1972. Revolver is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% thinning blue finish on the barrel and cylinder, showing wear and scrapes at the muzzle. Cylinder shows leading edgewear and moderate index line. Butt is lightly machine engraved and shows scrapes to bare metal at the rear. Grips are near excellent, with light soiling and a couple flea bite marks on the bases. Frame displays muted color case hardened finish. Action functions well.
