Soviet SKS Semi-Automatic Carbine with Folding Bayonet, #2921, 7.62x39mm cal., 20.5'' barrel, blackened finish, solid hardwood stock with handguard, hooded post front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with ''U''-notch, graduated to 1000 meters. Folding bayonet has a bright blade and is in excellent condition. Includes steel cleaning rod, cleaning kit in the buttplate trap, and tan cotton Soviet sling; all rate from very good to excellent condition. Top of the receiver cover and the left side of the buttstock are marked with a Tula Arsenal ''(five-pointed star)'' over ''1952r''. There is a refurbishment mark stamped into right side of the buttstock. Matching numbers. Import marked on right side of the barrel. Condition overall is fine, retaining approx. 95% blackened finish, with light rust frosting to left side of the receiver cover. There is a little additional rust frosting to the bright bolt carrier and especially to the operating handle. Wood with scattered mostly moderate handling marks and impressions, especially to left side of the forend. Action operates smoothly. Bright bore rates excellent with well-defined rifling.
