Finnish Captured Soviet M91/30 Mosin Nagant Bolt Action Rifle, #ZHYE834, 7.62x54Rmm cal., 29'' barrel, blued finish with bright bolt assembly, hardwood stock and handguard, Finnish issue dovetailed blade front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with ''U''-notch, graduated to 2000 meters. The stock has Finnish sling loops installed in the slots. Tip is broken off the steel cleaning rod. Top of the barrel shank is marked with ''(Tula Arsenal five pointed star)/1938/No/ZHYE/XE834''. There is a Finnish boxed ''SA'' property mark stamped into the left side of the barrel shank. There is a faint unreadable roundel stamped into the right side of the buttstock. Matching numbers on the bolt body. Other numbers do not match. Import marked on right side of the barrel. Translated serial numbers on the barrel shank and receiver. Condition overall is good. Most of the finish has worn off the metal and the surface is now a gray color with areas of patina, with a darker color and fine pitting to the magazine. Bolt has also toned darker. Wood is fair to good as lightly sanded, showing considerable use. Action operates smoothly. Bright bore rates very good with defined rifling. Est.: $400-$600. (C&R/PPT)
