Antique Dutch M95 Mannlicher Bolt Action Rifle, #394A, 6.5x53mm cal., 31.5'' barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock and handguard, dovetailed inverted-''V'' front sight, and adjustable rear sight with ''V''- notch, graduated to 2000 meters. Includes steel cleaning rod. Left side of the receiver rail is marked ''STEYR 1896'' and the top of the receiver ring ''394A/LW''. There is a faint Dutch cartouche on right side of the buttstock, and circled ''LD'' stamp on the left side. Bolt does not match; other visible numbers are matching. Condition overall is good, retaining approx. 30% blue, showing thinning, and toning throughout, with areas of old dried oil. Rear sling mount has been removed and the slot filled. Wood is good, there is a 1/2'' x 1'' piece missing from the left side tip of the forend. Stock and handguard have had a coat of varnish applied, now showing scratches and impressions, mainly to the right side. Action functions well. Bore is dark with fair rifling and may improve with thorough cleaning. Est.: $200-$300. (Antique)
