Lightly Engraved French Flintlock Pistol, #NVSN, approx. 11mm cal., 1.5'' screw-in barrel, gray patina to the metal, nicely grained hardwood one-piece grips. Marked ''Paris'' on right side of the frame. Mfg'd circa late-1700's to early-1800's. This ''muff'' style pistol is in overall good condition. Presented in a sealed dark hardwood showcase frame, approx. 12'' in height, 14'' in width, and 3'' in depth. Including beautiful maroon velveteen backing, plus a mounted zinc metal body/brass charger-style powder flask. Flask is in good condition, with detailed relief figures of a man, horse, dog, and floral decorations. Est.: $600-$800. (Antique)
