CZAR'' Spur Trigger Seven-Shot Revolver by Hopkins & Allen, #2514, .22 cal., 3.5'' octagon barrel, fluted cylinder, nickel finish, two-piece checkered gutta percha type black grips with dog's head emblem at the top of each panel; fixed blade front sight and notched rear sight. Interior of the right grip panel with matching serial number. Marked ''CZAR'' on the top strap and ''PAT. MCH 28. 73 MAY 27. 79'' on top of the barrel. Mfg'd circa late-1800's. Overall condition is good as refinished, showing most of its nickel finish, with scattered old pitting. Grips are fine. Action functions well. Bore is fair, with visible rifling and scattered erosion. Est.: $150-$250. (Antique)
