Marlin Model 92 Lever Action Takedown Rifle, #416621, .32 cal., 24'' round barrel, blued finish, case hardened lever and hammer, straight grip walnut stock and forend, crescent steel buttplate, dovetailed Rocky Mountain type front sight, and ''V''-notch rear sight with elevator. Mfg'd circa 1914. Rifle is in good condition, displaying a mixture of thinning and toning blue finish and brown patina across the barrel and magazine tube. Receiver has a dark mottled appearance. Sides of the lever with some silvered case colors; otherwise, dark. Wood is fine, showing expected moderate dents and scratches due to age and use. Markings are clear. Action is crisp and functions smoothly. Bore with scattered spots of moderate erosion and clearly defined rifling. Est.: $500-$700. (C&R/PPT)
