Sharps Model 1A Breech-Loading 4-Shot Pepperbox Pistol, #359, .22 cal., 3'' barrel group, blued with silver plated brass frame, checkered brown gutta-percha two-piece grips, small brass dot front sight, and ''V''-notch rear sight. Correct maker's marks are located on both sides of the frame. Condition is good as uncleaned, showing an even brown patina to the barrel assembly, with scattered pinprick pitting, approx. 15% silver finish remaining on the brass frame. Grips are very good, with scattered wear to the bottom edge of the right panel. Markings are clear. Action is crisp. Bores are fair+, with visible rifling, and scattered erosion. Est.: $200-$400.
