Colt Model 1877 Lightning Double Action Revolver, #466, .38 Colt cal., 3.5'' ejector less barrel, blue and case hardened finish, checkered hardwood grips, blade front and fixed ''V''-notch rear sight. Matching numbers on the frame, barrel assembly, trigger guard, and backstrap. Assembly number ''182'' is stamped inside the loading gate. Barrel with two-line address. Lower left side of the frame with patent dates that are only partially visible. Mfg'd 1877. Revolver is in good condition, retaining approx. 10% blue; balance with combination gray/brown patina. Grips are near fine. Action functions well. Bore is good with scattered light erosion. Est.: $400-$600. (Antique)
