Smith & Wesson Model 1-1/2 Tip-Up Spur Trigger Revolver, #8255, .32 cal., 3.5'' round barrel, fluted cylinder, un-cleaned blued finish, two-piece rosewood grips, brass blade front sight, and notched rear sight. Barrel address is partially obscured by pitting and not completely legible. Mfg'd circa 1868. Overall condition is good+, displaying approx. 40% blue, with the balance gone to an un-cleaned dark patina, with scattered erosion confined primarily to the left side of the gun. Grips are near fine, with much of their rich oil finish remaining. Action functions well. Bore is fair, with visible rifling and scattered moderate erosion. Est.: $300-$400. (Antique)
