British Third Pattern Fairbain Sykes Commando Knife with Sheath, 6.75'' double edged blade, rounded cross guard, darkened ringed cast alloy grip with pommel and replacement end cap. There is a ''3'' mold mark cast into the pommel and ''ENGLAND'' is stamped into the rear side of the cross guard. Condition is good, the blade shows wear, scratches, and spots of patina to both sides; fits a little loosely in the handle. Tip is blunted and slightly bent to one side. Handle is good. Brown leather sheath has two tabs on the rear and a blackened brass chape. Sheath shows heavy wear with some age cracking to the leather. Est.: $200-$400.
