German Mauser Model 1930 C96 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Shoulder Stock and Accessories, #877558, 9mm cal., 5.5'' barrel, blued finish, grooved hardwood grips with a large ''9'' cut into each side, inverted-''V'' front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with ''V''-notch; graduated to 1000 meters. Reproduction hardwood shoulder stock is unmarked. Stock is near excellent, with the dark stained wood showing light handling marks. Pistol will not lock completely into the stock. Reproduction dark red leather holster is also unmarked and in fine condition, with scattered light scratches and handling marks. Reproduction cleaning rod is in excellent condition. Pistol is marked with re-engraved legend ''WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A.NECKAR/D.R.P.u.A.P.'' on right side frame, Mauser logo on the left side, and ''WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF A/N'' on top of the chamber. There is a ''(Crown)U'' proof on the cocking piece. No visible import marks. Condition overall is near excellent as restored, with the metal retaining all of its re blued finish, applied over moderate+ pitting on the front grip strap; mild pitting on sides of the receiver. Reproduction grips are in excellent condition. Action functions smoothly. Bore appears to have been sleeved with a replacement and rates in excellent condition, with well-defined rifling.
