Swiss Model 1869/71 Vetterli Bolt Action Rifle, #147083, .41 Swiss RF cal., 33.1'' barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock with checkered forend, blade front sight, and adjustable leaf rear sight with ''U''-notch, graduated to 1000 meters. Includes a repaired, brown leather sling, now in fair condition. Additionally, there is a steel cleaning rod with broken thread stem. Left side of the receiver is marked ''WAFFENFABRIK/BERN/147083''. There is a faint Swiss Cross over a Shield symbol stamped on right side of the buttstock. Bolt does not match. Condition overall is good, retaining approx. 50% thinning and toning blue, predominantly on the barrel. Wood is good, with general dents and scratches. Action functions smoothly.
