Colt Model 1902 Military Semi-Automatic Pistol, #34558, .38 ACP cal., 6'' barrel, blued finish, case colored hammer, checkered hard rubber Colt grips, half-moon blade front sight, and ''U''-notch fixed rear sight, with lanyard ring on lower left side of the frame. No magazine included. Mfg'd 1912. Receiver has the serial number with ''VP'' in a triangle on the left side. Slide has the patent dates and ''COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO./HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A.'' on the left side; ''AUTOMATIC COLT/CALIBRE 38 RIMLESS SMOKLESS'' on the right. Pistol is in fair condition. Metal with light to medium pitting scattered throughout, leaving some markings hard to read, and there a few spots of blue in protected areas. Grips show general age and wear, with losses to the checkering. Front pin is a replacement. Action works properly. Barrel has a poor bore, lightly pitted, and is ringed in the center.
