Harrington & Richardson Reising Model 65 Semi-Automatic Rifle, #17855, .22 LR cal., 23'' heavy barrel, parkerized finish; smooth walnut one-piece pistol grip stock, sling swivels, and ribbed steel parkerized buttplate, providing a 13-3/8'' LOP. Barrel with a protected blade front sight and there is an adjustable Redfield aperture sight at the left rear of the receiver. Includes one 10-round Reising detachable magazine. These rifles were only Mfg'd circa 1944-1945. In fine overall condition, retaining most of the original parkerized finish. Metal displays intermittent light scratches and a few spots of oil staining. Factory markings remain sharp. Stock is very good+, with scattered light scratches and marks consistent with handling and use. Action functions smoothly. Bore is very good with well-defined rifling.
