Smith & Wesson .38 Military & Police Model of 1905 (4th Change), #375741, .38 Spl. cal., 5'' pinned barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut two-piece diamond center grips, half-round blade front and fixed square-notch rear sight, color case hardened hammer, and trigger. Includes a right hand, unmarked smooth leather open top double loop holster; in very good used. Revolver is in fine overall condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% thinning factory finish, showing some edgewear, and handling marks. Cylinder shows moderate leading edgewear and thinning finish around the flutes. Grips with some flattening of the checkering, worse on the right panel. Interior of the right panel is marked in pencil with the matching serial number. Action functions smoothly and locks up securely. Bore is very good with well-defined rifling. Est.: $500-$700.
