1st Year Production Scarce Marlin Model 25MB ''Midget Magnum'' Bolt Action Takedown Rifle, #13698394, .22 WMR cal., 16.25'' ''JM'' marked micro-groove barrel, blue finish, smooth one-piece hardwood stock with a checkered plastic buttplate, providing a 13-5/8'' LOP, ramped blade front and standard elevator ''U''-notch rear sight, 7-round blue steel magazine, and factory grooved receiver. Includes factory cardboard box with matching end label, instruction manual, and custom Marlin ''Midget Magnum'' blue/red Cordura nylon boot. Also included is a Tasco 4x15 fixed power scope with fine crosshair reticle, and unmarked scope rings. Mfg'd 1987, the first year of production. Considered scarce as they were only made from 1987-1988. Rifle is in excellent, as new condition, appearing unfired. Marlin inspector's sticker is still attached to the underside of the buttstock.
